What’s included in the free trial?
UncommonGood’s 14 day free trial includes access to all features! We’re confident that once you see what we can do for your business, you’ll know that UncommonGood is that software for you!
Do you need my credit card to start a free trial?
Yes. UncommonGood does require you to input credit card information in order to access the free trial but we will not charge you until the 14 day period is complete.
Can I add an employee to my account?
Yes! You can add additional users to your account for $8/month. Just go to your subscription page to add an additional user.
What happens after my free trial?
At the end of the 14 days, your card will be charge and you can continue using UncommonGood without any interruptions. You will not loose any of your data or marketing assets that you’ve created.
Does UncommonGood take a percentage of my sales?
No. UncommonGood does not take a fee or percentage of your sales. We only charge you a monthly fee to use our software. *Please note that in order to receive payments through the UG tools, you need to set up a Stripe account. Stripe does take a credit card processing fee as do all other payment processing and commerce solutions.
What if I need to cancel?
If you ever decide that UncommonGood isn’t the best platform for your organization, you can cancel your account by going to ‘Organization & Subscriptions’ in your UncommonGood account. If you have an additional minute, we’d love to know why you are canceling so that we can continue to improve the platform. Please email us at info@uncommongood.io.
